We are there by your side from initial conception of the project, to the design phase, and then the physical installation and commissioning of the project. Here at JAG we specialize in Live Music Venues, Nightclubs, Bars, and Restaurants, as well as custom projects. We are a true one stop shop for everything related to your project all under one roof. Though we are headquartered out of Nashville, TN, we have executed projects not only in our home city, but nationwide.

THE PROCESS

CONCEPTION, DESIGN, DOCUMENTATION

CONSULTATION

We like to call this the dream it phase. You will meet, In Person or Virtually, with one of our project managers and designers to discuss everything from your goals, vision, and objectives to the project timeline and budget requirements.

DESIGN

Our team takes all the notes from the project consultation and begins turning them into reality. Working in both 2D and 3D CAD we bring your vision to life for the first time on paper. Throughout this process we will work with your Architect, ID team, and any other trades to ensure proper coordination.

JOB SPECIFICATION & BUDGET APPROVAL

Your project manager will present a set of AV plans for your approval. These include Floor Plans, Equipment Manifests, and any project specific requirements and details. This part of the process includes several meetings and revisions to make sure all options and ideas are considered from speaker locations to TV heights, lighting fixture types, and control system features. Throughout this whole process we keep you up to date on your budget to ensure we not only meet design requirements, but budget requirements as well.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

Your project manager and designer will work tirelessly to create incredibly detailed construction documents that include every possible detail. All of these documents are coordinated with your architect and any other crucial parties. During this process we also work with your GC and other trades to make sure no details are overlooked that are outside of JAGs scope. These files and documents will be hosted online as well as printed copies furnished to keep all teams moving ahead towards the common goal, executing your vision.

INSTALLATION, TRAINING, SUPPORT

PROCUREMENT AND SCHEDULING

All the required equipment for your project is ordered and shipped to our facility in Nashville, TN. We inventory and catalog all of your equipment so upon completion we can provide a manifest of every component with serial numbers for asset management. Now we begin pre-building all racks and preparing all equipment. Initial programming is completed and the system is fully tested in our facility to confirm proper functionality before it ever leaves. All equipment is now palatized based on the area and schedule of installation for delivery to your jobsite.

INSTALLATION

We schedule our installation team in line with your GCs construction schedule to ensure we are there at just the right time. All installation is carried out by JAG installers who maintain a vast amount of industry certifications and specialty manufacturer training. Handling our own physical installation allows for testing throughout, a high degree of precision, long term success of the system, as well as the ability to be flexible with any changing schedules.

COMMISSIONING

Upon completion we do a thorough inspection and test of the system. This includes a full systems test where the system is pushed to its absolute limits to ensure proper function even in the most extreme use cases. You will walk through with the project manager to ensure everything is just as planned and any final changes will be made.

FINISHING TOUCHES AND TRAINING

You and your staff will receive an extensive training course on operating the system and best practices. During this process you or your staff may bring up changes or features you would like, we will adjust these on the spot or very quickly to tailor the system to your specific needs. Upon completion and sign off we will generate and provide a complete set of as built drawings for your records.

SERVICE CONTRACT

While we are very proud of our team and the projects we take on, issues will arise inevitably. Whether that is a broken TV or a light that got a taste of champaign we are here to support you. You will be presented with several options for a service contract. These are typically term agreements, but A La Cart options are available upon request. These include everything from state of the art remote monitoring, remote updates, EOL alerts, on site maintenance and cleaning, and long term planning.
